1. There is no difference in physical inventory count
In this regard, we need to understand that the company's warehouse management is not just a matter for the warehouse administrator or a department. The quality of warehouse management directly reflects the rationality, standardization and scientificity of the company's management process.
Warehouse management is not a problem of a department, but needs the cooperation of all the staff of the company. Need to have a professional management process and management system.
The warehouse administrator needs to be equipped with a warehouse clerk to deal with all the operations in and out of the warehouse in the system. The warehouse management needs to be operated according to the actual situation. Now many suppliers use a general system, and the biggest disadvantage of this kind of system is that it turns into a receivable when the goods are out of the warehouse. Therefore, after the goods are out of the warehouse, many companies use a general system, Instead of checking the delivery order in time, we wait until the delivery receipt comes back and then modify and check the delivery order. The minimum problem is that the system inventory is real-time, and it is also one of the root causes of inventory problems.
The company's management system must focus on all professional modules and processes in warehouse management, such as sales delivery, acceptance return, after-sales return, other delivery, purchase return, transfer delivery, loss reporting, etc. in short, the warehouse management system can't always adopt flexible processing methods, such as the acceptance return module doesn't exist, If the delivery is rejected, the delivery delivery order will be modified again. In this case, the crux of the inaccuracy of the warehouse material object is.
Enterprise operation needs to have and implement good operation standards, and the front also said that warehouse management is not a department thing, need to have a professional process.
Only with a robust, suitable, standardized operation process, can we fundamentally solve the problem of warehouse profit and loss management.

2. The goods are stacked neatly, the dates are stacked separately, and there is no confusion
Arrange the location according to the sales situation
a. Sell fast-moving and large quantity of goods in and out of the warehouse, choose the warehouse entrance in and out of the warehouse convenient place to stack
b. Relatively slow moving sales, small goods in and out of the warehouse stacked inside
c. Goods easily affected by damp must be stacked on warehouse board
d. Goods with loose or irregular outer packing shall not be stacked too high
e. Goods need to be stacked according to the production date when they are put into storage. If the warehouse conditions do not allow, mixed stacking can be carried out, but the ones with new date must be stacked below and the ones with earlier date must be stacked above.
f. Goods with similar packaging but not the same SKU are not stacked together, and other goods are isolated in the middle, otherwise it is easy to make mistakes
g. The warehouse must be divided into temporary stacking warehouses for returned goods. Because the warehouse can not stack the returned goods in a timely manner, the return area or the return warehouse is used for over handling
h. The warehouse must have a warehouse (area) for the reported goods, and the goods that need to be reported must be stacked in a centralized way and handled in a timely manner.
  

 3. Critical period and goods to be reported for damage shall be reported and handled in time
 Many company leaders always feel that the goods have expired or damaged, and it doesn't matter if they are put in the warehouse later. To be sure, if you have this idea, there will always be problems in your company's warehouse.
If the damaged goods in the warehouse are not handled in time, the space of the warehouse will be occupied and the cleanliness of the warehouse will be affected.
Warehouse loss reporting needs to distinguish which customer returns or what causes the reported loss, and relate to the customer in the loss reporting document of the system or note the loss reporting reasons. This method is used for statistical analysis of the reported loss data in the later stage. If it is caused by customer return, it needs to be associated in the statistics of customer sales gross profit and report.
Critical period of commodity processing is more important, the sales manager should regularly enter the system, according to the critical period of commodity data analysis, and according to the critical period of commodity situation to develop the corresponding effective promotion activities.
 
 4. Safety stock control is scientific and reasonable
In the warehouse management, it is necessary to control the safety stock reasonably. The stock in the warehouse can neither cause the shortage of orders nor delay. So what kind of inventory is the safest and most reasonable?
Warehouse safety stock management needs to be coordinated with purchasing department, sales department and financial department. Purchasing department is responsible for the control of general safety stock. How to control the purchasing department? When you place a purchase order, you need to analyze and recommend the purchase order according to: existing inventory, sales in transit, purchase in transit, sales plan, terminal social inventory, promotion policy, seasonal impact of festivals, etc., which requires professional management tools.
